Keystone Appraisals is owned by Megan Warner, MAI, who has worked as a commercial fee appraiser since 2005. Keystone’s primary service area is the Kansas City Metropolitan area; however, Ms. Warner holds certified general licenses in Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Iowa, and South Dakota and has worked on a temporary basis in several other states, including Florida, Oklahoma, Colorado, and Texas. Ms. Warner is a member of the Appraisal Institute and has earned the prestigious MAI designation.
